Primzstar Modz is a custom controller design & gaming shop. We provide the most unique themed Playstation, XBOX and Nintendo Switch controllers around.

We aim to give the best quality of service all customers.

All orders are delivered using Royal Mail's services. Orders usually take about 3-5 working days within the UK, and international takes about 5-14 working days.

Returns Policy: Any items that are to be returned are to be sent back at the buyers expense. Unless the item is physically broken due to shipping, where photo evidence will need to be provided. Once the item has been checked a refund process will be started.
